We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to assess our current strategy and vision. This will include a critical evaluation of the organization’s goals by addressing key staffing, process and infrastructure issues. This volunteer will take PAAJAF’s priorities and direction and translate them into day-to-day standard operating procedures. The expected deliverable will be to provide leadership with a streamlined operations process. He or she will be an internal advocate for efficiency and productivity development.

    PAAJAF Foundation has an objective to provide education and extracurricular activities to youth ages 4-12. This task will help to improve the efficiency of our operations, which will ultimately optimize the output of the organization and its volunteers. This will help provide more and better quality programs for our children.

  • Volunteers: 3 needed

  • 20+ hours per week / 20 weeks
