Under the supervision and guidance of the supervisor, the Fundraising Associate (Digital) is responsible to set up, integrate, and maintain payment infrastructure, website, and data integration to UNICEF’s CRM system. The individual is responsible to conduct a broad variety of routine tasks and monitoring to ensure smooth donation processing and tracking in accordance of payment card industry (PCI) regulation and UNICEF’s policy.

How can you make a difference?

1. Identify, implement and monitor performance of new online payment options 2. Day to day maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for online donation website and platform 3. Contribute to grow the numbers of online donors 4. Cross collaboration with non-digital and partnership team to support custom donation payment channels on fundraising activity.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

- Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization. - A minimum of six years*) of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience is required. - Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Knowledge of another official UN language is considered as an asset.

(* For this position, a bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a relevant field may replace three years of related work experience. A master’s degree may replace additional two years.
