Join the American Heart Association as an intern to gain hands-on experience in a non-profit environment.

You have:

  • Seniors or graduate students majoring in health promotion, public health, content marketing, general marketing, and/or communications preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, including professional interaction with colleagues.
  • Ability to collaborate professionally in a corporate and non-profit environment and assume responsibility for guiding projects from inception through completion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities involving multiple entities.
  • Intermediate to excellent proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Required Equipment: Reliable Wi-Fi connection
  • Minimum availability of 20 hrs/wk, M-F between the hours of 9am-5pm.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.
