Overview

Support the Strategic Research Awards team in managing grants and awards.

You have:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Experience in research or grants administration with a funding organization or academic institution.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate information accurately and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Minimum availability of 20 hrs/wk, M-F between the hours of 8:30am-5pm.
  • Experience managing projects preferred.
  • Experience working with databases and electronic reporting tools.
  • Experience working with volunteers, particularly science volunteers.
  • Knowledge of MS Planner is a plus.
  • Seniors, or Graduate students working towards (or recently graduated with) a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Public Health, Non-profit Administration with a Research & Grant Administration focus.
