Join the American Heart Association as a Patient Engagement & Support Intern.
You have:
- Current college senior or graduate student, preferably in public health, healthcare administration, social sciences, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Interest in patient advocacy, caregiver support, marketing/communications, and public health engagement strategies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with virtual collaboration tools preferred.
- Required Equipment: Reliable internet connection required.
- Minimum availability of 25 hours/week (Monday–Friday, between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Remote work must be performed within the U.S.
