You have:
- Applicants must be enrolled in, or have completed, a second university degree, equivalent, or higher; or have completed the final academic year of a first university degree (bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- Field of study that is closely related to the internship type is an advantage. Studies related to Data Analytics/Science, Risk Management, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies and/or Human Rights issues.
- Excellent drafting ability in English.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Additional language competencies, especially French and/or Spanish, highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Organizational Development Intern will undertake a variety of tasks to support OHCHR Strategic Planning, Programme Management, Evaluation and Change Service (SPECS) Functions, in particular concerning organizational transformation. Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Programme Management Officer, the intern shall undertake the following tasks: - Researches, compiles and organizes information and reference materials from various sources, specifically research related to the role of Foresight in Programme impact achievement. - Identifies and analyses political, geographical, and thematic global trends as they relate to human rights. - Contributes to the coordination and development global foresight scans and scenario building tools, including through use of AI, for human rights. - Supports the development of communication materials, such as reports, presentations, and concept notes, infographics and videos concerning relevant initiatives. - Provides support with secretarial, administrative and logistics support to meetings, boards, committees, conferences, etc. - Other tasks as directed by the Senior Programme Management Officer.
Qualifications/special skills
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: (a) be enrolled in, or have completed, a second university degree, equivalent, or higher; (b) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree (bachelor's degree or equivalent). Applicants are not required to have previous work experience. However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is an advantage. Studies related to Data Analytics/Science, Risk Management, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies and/or Human Rights issues. Excellent drafting ability in English.
