Support enterprise infrastructure operations through monitoring and documentation.
You have:
- Seniors, and graduate students pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Network engineer student with coding application skills strongly preferred.
- Interest in infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT operations.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, or cloud fundamentals.
- Ability to follow structured processes and document work clearly.
- Experience working with databases and electronic reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate information accurately and effectively to multiple audiences.
- Required Equipment: Reliable WiFi Connection and reliable transportation.
- Minimum availability of 25 hrs/wk, M-F between the hours of 8:30am-5pm CT.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.
