Overview
Intern for a non-profit organization focused on finance and accounting tasks.
You have:
- Seniors or Graduate students working towards (or recently graduated with) a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Administration, or a related field with an interest in finance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Demonstrated skills in effective one-on-one and group communications.
- Ability to deal professionally in a corporate or non-profit environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities involving multiple entities.
- Intermediate to excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum availability of 20 hrs./wk., M-F between the hours of 8:30am-5pm.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.
