You have:
- Major in economics, management, industry relations or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) with basic data analysis capabilities.

Team introduction
China Business Engagement Group develops and maintains business members and partners headquartered in Greater China and ensures their successful engagement in Forum initiatives, projects and events across industry. This position is dedicated to supporting the Business Engagement team for AMNC 2026 and the ongoing partner engagement and development.
Main responsibilities
• Assist in managing potential partner requests, internal reporting, and agenda-building to enhance potential partner satisfaction and engagement.
• Curate industry research materials and create concise value proposition guides to support partner engagement strategies.
• Proofread, format, and refine promotional content for online and offline communications, ensuring alignment with Forum standards.
• Compile bilateral meeting minutes, track follow-up actions, and prepare meeting packages (for example, background materials, agendas and participant lists) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Assist in TFE (Top Forum Engagement) speaker outreach, rehearsal logistics and participant coordination for AMNC.
• Maintain and update partner data in Salesforce, supporting ad-hoc tasks.
• Support scheduling and logistics, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.
• Work closely with the Business Engagement team to deliver high-quality outputs and contribute to the success of AMNC 2026.
