A)- Adolescents programme: The Noura Framework is in the heart of Adolescent programme. It's a national initiative launched in 2021 by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in collaboration with Egypt's Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, the National Council for Women (NCW), and the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood (NCCM). Endorsed by First Lady Intissar al-Sisi, Noura serves as a symbol for empowering adolescent girls across Egypt, aiming to build their health, social, economic, and digital assets. Noura aligns with Egypt's Vision 2030, addressing the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women and the National Project for the Development of the Egyptian Family. It also contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by promoting gender equality and empowering all women and girls. Key Objectives: Empowerment of Adolescent Girls: Equip girls aged 10-14, especially those most marginalized, with essential skills and knowledge to make informed life choices. Community Engagement: Foster positive social and gender norms within households and communities through interactive methods like theater, sports, and arts. System Strengthening: Enhance the capacity of service providers and advocate for policies that support adolescent girls' empowerment.

B)- Youth programme: UNFPA Egypt adopts a multi-sectoral and youth-centered approach to empower young people through: Youth participation and leadership – Strengthening youth networks such as Population Awareness Clubs (PACs), Y-PEER, and the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA) to increase youth engagement in decision-making processes. Addressing SRH, GBV, and harmful practices – Empowering youth as advocates for sexual and reproductive health (SRH) and against harmful practices like female genital mutilation (FGM), child marriage, and gender-based violence (GBV) through awareness campaigns and capacity-building programs. Edutainment tools – Utilizing interactive theater, music, and films as innovative tools to raise awareness, promote positive behavioral change, and engage young people in meaningful discussions on social issues.

Youth-friendly health services – Expanding access to adolescent and youth-friendly health services, with a focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Youth and climate action – Engaging young people in climate resilience, sustainable development, and advocacy efforts to address the intersection of climate change and youth well-being. Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS) – Building youth resilience through leadership and skills development in addition to conducting community initiatives promoting peace and social inclusion Digital program for social and mental well-being – Building self-awareness, resilience, and coping strategies to help adolescents and youth navigate societal pressures through digital learning courses on Social and Mental health well-being and Podcasts.
