You have:

  • 10+ years in program leadership roles within international development or humanitarian organizations.
  • Proven experience in Caribbean Cluster or multi-country program coordination. Strong track record in donor engagement and resource acquisition.
  • Demonstrated leadership, supervisory and project management skills in working collaboratively with other donors, host country institutions, and international organizations.
  • Effective senior leadership with strong skills in high-level engagement and strategic relationship-building.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate a common vision among diverse partners and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills, Strong presentation skills. (French, English and Spanish) Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage technical assistance teams. Knowledge of and familiarity with international assistance program requirements, preferably European Unions and/or other bilateral funding agencies.
  • Familiarity with different programs, their history and their development; mastery of donor regulations governing such programs. Availability to travel internationally and local.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Program Director (IPD) provides leadership, strategic Operation direction, and accountability for the design, implementation, and quality of integrated programs across Haiti and the Dominican Republic. The role ensures full alignment with the Caribbean Block Strategy and the Integrated Programming Frameworks (IPFs), strengthens Caribbean Cluster programming collaboration, and drives technical excellence, resource stewardship, and adaptive learning to achieve sustainable, transformative impact for the most vulnerable children and their communities. The IPD also provides oversight and management support to programs staff for all aspects of Field Operations including Sponsorship and grant funded projects for the two National Offices.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and strategic oversight for the design, planning, and execution of integrated programs across Haiti and the Dominican Republic, ensuring full alignment with the Integrated Programming Frameworks (IPFs), Our Promise, and the Caribbean Block Strategy.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight to sectoral technical leads (Child Survival, Livelihoods & Resilience, WASH, Education, Sponsorship, and ESCA), ensuring cohesive program integration, innovation, and technical excellence across all thematic areas in alignment with the Integrated Programming Frameworks (IPFs) and regional priorities.

Strengthen and lead Caribbean Cluster strategic operations coordination between Haiti and the Dominican Republic, particularly in border operations, to ensure unified impact objectives, coherent programmatic approaches, and effective collaboration with governmental, other NGOs, SOs, donors ecclesiastical, communities and partner stakeholders across both contexts.
