Oversee eligibility screenings and client enrollment in programs.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field of study preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human services field strongly preferred.
- Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations strongly preferred.
- Strong relationship building, diplomacy, and networking skills.
- Demonstrated success working and communicating effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in languages spoken by IRC’s clients desired (Spanish, Dari, Farsi, and/or Pashto).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to use the internet for data entry, research and problem-solving.
