Duties and Responsibilities The Training of Trainers specialized materials (TOT STM) were developed in 2019 and made available in English and French on the Peacekeeping Resource Hub for Member State trainers. ITS/DPO trainers use the materials in all face-to-face training of trainers’ courses to roll out new military and police materials, thus standardizing the methodological part of rollout workshops. Currently, the TOT materials are being converted into an online self-paced course, using Articulate 360. To supplement the course design, instructional video designers are needed. The consultant will work with the ITS team to develop seven instructional videos that meet the UN training requirements and are compatible with Articulate-developed online courses.
