You have:
- Master’s degree in international business, International Relations, or related fields.
- At least five years of experience in programme management at the cross-sections of innovation, entrepreneurship, green and youth engagement, managing projects across multiple geographies and sectors, including agriculture/agribusiness is a must.
- Experience planning and carrying out key events in the environmental sphere (mainly COP).
- Proven planning and M&E experience.
- Fluency in English.

Purpose of Assignment
The consultant will provide expertise and advice to the overall project manager (Innovation Manager) for the implementation and assessment of the Engaging Kenyan Youth in Agriculture and Nutrition (EKYAN) innovative pilot under the direct supervision of the Innovation Manager (Generation Unlimited), with overall guidance from the Deputy Director, Partnerships and in collaboration with the partnerships team. They will also advise on the expansion of the Global Youth Agriculture Network (GYAN) into other geographies. The consultant will also support the implementation of the BeGreen Africa initiative by providing advice and guidance on the tracking of environmental impact metrics of the programme. Lastly, the consultant will provide advice on the implementation of other green youth livelihood programmes under the Green Rising initiative.
