The Opportunity:
The position will be based in: Caracas, Venezuela.
Role Purpose:
The Innovation and Impact Manager leads on the development and implementation of national campaigns and activities promoting lasting popular participation plans for the protection and development of children in a sustainable form, as well as provides support to the partners and Central Office in the implementation of their Advocacy, Campaigns, Communication and Media (ACCM) plans and child participation activities in line with SC Theory of Change. He/she will be responsible in tracking and supporting the development and implementation of innovation strategies for social development, and campaigns that will engage to commit government, population, and other institutions to achieve positive and lasting changes to fulfill children’s needs as part of the priorities for SC Venezuela Country Strategy Plan.
As a member of the Extended Senior Management Team (ESMT), the social innovation manager provides advice on national, regional and local leadership and mobilizes the necessary funding and technical expertise to develop, implement and maintain effective programs for Save the Children in Venezuela.
