You have:

  • An advanced university degree (Master's) in economic development, entrepreneurship, business administration, or relevant field is required.
  • At least 7 years of work experience in entrepreneurship, finance, or marketing is required.
  • A well-established network of investors, venture capital firms, and key industry experts across the South Asian region is required.
  • Knowledge of the digital-SMEs ecosystem in developing countries and gender-lens investment is desirable.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the project officer - DTL, the consultant will support the organization and delivery of the programme's final Pitch Day, which will take place during the IIC Prabhav Conference in New Delhi on 10-11 September 2026 for a selected cohort of 8 advanced women digital entrepreneurs based in South Asia. Specific responsibilities include: * Coordinate with the conference organizers to finalize the arrangements for the eTrade for Women pitch session. * Identify and secure an appropriate panel of mentors, investors and ecosystem experts who will evaluate participating entrepreneurs and provide structured, high-quality feedback during their Pitching exercise. * Liaise with conference organizers and panel members before the event to ensure smooth coordination and alignment on the objectives and format of the Pitch Day to ensure eTrade for Women participants are granted . * Support participating entrepreneurs in the final stages of their pitch preparation through review of presentation materials and rehearsal sessions, as required. * Co-facilitate the Pitch Day and ensure the smooth implementation of the pitching session. * Contribute substantive expertise throughout the event by providing feedback, moderating discussions where needed, and supporting knowledge exchange. * Facilitate introductions and networking opportunities between participating entrepreneurs and relevant investors, mentors and strategic partners attending the conference to encourage follow-up engagement beyond the event.

Qualifications/special skills

An advanced university degree, Masters, in relevant field pertaining to economic development entrepreneurship, business administration, or any other relevant field or demonstrated experience is required. At least 7 years of work experience in entrepreneurship, finance or marketing, is required. Well-established network of investors, venture capital firms, and key industry experts across the South Asian region to facilitate meaningful connections and ensure effective investor engagement during the programme is required Knowledge of the digital-SMEs ecosystem in developing countries and gender-lens investment is desirable.

Languages

Fluency written and spoken in English is required.
