L'opportunité

En tant qu’Ingénieur de génie civil vous serez chargé (e) de la conception, du développement et du suivi des travaux de construction/réhabilitation des infrastructures réalisées par Plan International dans le cadre du projet intitulé « Les jeunes apprennent, gagnent de l’argent et prospèrent dans la région du lac Tchad » qui est financé par le Ministère allemand chargé de l'aide au développement économique (BMZ) et mis en œuvre dans la région de l’Extrême- Nord du Cameroun.

L’Ingénieur Assistant recruté devra :

- Réaliser des études sur site et analyser les données (cartes, rapports, tests, dessins et autres) ;

- Réaliser des études techniques et de faisabilité et élaborer des plans qui respectent le cahier des charges ;

- Évaluer les risques potentiels, les matériaux et les coûts ;

- Conseiller et résoudre avec créativité tout problème ou lacune pouvant survenir ;

- Faciliter l'élaboration du dossier technique des appels d'offres (DAO)

- Apporter un appui technique pour le suivi des activités de construction/réhabilitation

- Produire des rapports sur l'évolution des activités de construction/réhabilitation en cours

- Travailler en collaboration/coordination avec les autres départements

- Faire le suivi des lignes budgétaires de construction/réhabilitation des infrastructures.

- Assurer la documentation et capitalisation des acquis des projets de construction.

La personne

Nous cherchons à recruter une personne ayant au minimum BAC+ 3 en génie civil, hydraulique ou dans toute autre discipline similaire avec au moins 03 ans d'expérience professionnelle reconnue dans le domaine du génie civil et en particulier dans la mise en œuvre de projets de construction ou ouvrage connexes ;

Avoir une expérience de travail avec les ONG humanitaires dans le domaine du génie civil serait un atout ; Avoir de bonnes connaissances et compétences en informatique et de solides compétences en matière de communication et relationnelle.
