Overview
Support design and management of Technical Project database.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in database management, Information Systems, and software engineering.
- Master’s degree in computer science would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Excel Pivot.
- Having enough experience in data collection methods and tools.
- Familiarity with GIS tools such as QGIS would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3-year experience in Information Management, Data Analysis, and Data Visualization.
- Ensures quality data techniques are established for the project.
Job Description
Major Responsibilities
1. Support design of Technical Project database to oversee and collate key project deliverables. 2. Support Creation and maintenance of standards and tools related to beneficiaries reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly basis. 3. Support and managing related staff on IM related Issues. 4. Support Setting up and testing new database and data handling systems. 5. Support Designing and preparing data reports for top management in Protection Unit. 6. Ensure that databases meet user requirements by keeping the database up to date and monitoring database efficiency. 7. Support the organization M&E team to digitize the required reporting formats and database into COMMCARE. 8. Support all the Protection Unit projects’ team on data collection tools and equipment. 9. Support Verifying data with Actual implementation with field level. 10. Regular Follow up with field staff to solve the IM related Issues.
