• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.

Individuals engaged under a consultancy or individual contract will not be considered “staff members” under the Staff Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures, and will not be entitled to benefits provided therein (such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage). Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.

DURATION OF CONSULTANCY: 11.5 months from the start date. The initial contract will be issued upto 31 Dec 2022. The contract for the balance duration will be issued subject to programme requirements, funding availability and satisfactory performance of the contractor

LOCATION: Delhi. With travel to select states to oversee implementation and monitoring of Quality Education in Madrassas and document best practices. Approximately 2-3 days per quarter. Total approx. 16 days during the year. Travel is subject to COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions, if any.4 trips in a year – 4 days in a trip – 4 trips *4 days = 16 days in total (approximately)
