DURATION OF CONSULTANCY: 11.5 months from the start date. The initial contract will be issued upto 31 Dec 2022 the contract for the balance duration will be issued subject to programme requirements, funding availability and satisfactory performance of the contractor

LOCATION: Duty Station will be Delhi, with travel to cities like Mumbai and Bangalore where more companies and high networth individuals are located.

1. An updated CV, demonstrating all the requirements stated above
2. Cover letter (max 2 pages) explaining the motivation for applying and also explaining how the qualifications and skill-set of the candidate are suitable for this position. The cover letter should also state about the candidate's experience of raising more than a USD 1 million/ year for development programmes for at least 2 years.

3. A financial proposal as per template attached below. Please do not forget to specify your name in the file and include your signature, while saving. (to be uploaded under "Financial Proposal" tab).

Financial – the financial score will be arrived at basis sum of monthly fee and the %age of variable against the target set in the ToR

Total technical score – 70. Minimum overall qualifying score is 49. Only those candidates who meet the overall qualifying marks of 49 and above as well as score the minimum cut-off in each of the above sub-criteria including the interview will be considered technically responsive and their financials will be opened.

• Candidate receiving maximum score after combining their Technical Score and Financial score will be finally selected.

• Any attempt to unduly influence UNICEF's selection process will lead to automatic disqualification of the applicant.

• Joint applications of two or more individuals are not accepted.
