It is crucial for donor retention team to keep improving supporter’s loyalty and satisfaction. As the core business, data processing and deduction requires an experienced individual contractor. this position requires more technical functions such as vendor communication and data automation programme.

How can you make a difference?

1. Data processing and materials delivering to existing supporters so that UNICEF could strengthen campaign results to better support programme as well as keep good relationship with supporters. The data processing (particular in one-off donation) includes checking the automation data, solving the problem during data automation process, generating the report as financial department requested and generating related receipt for donors.

2. Under guidance and monitoring of supervisor, documenting and administrating vendor’s contract as well as vendor cooperation, including: assist supervisor to move forward all internal processes of vendor contracts and vendor payments.

3. Providing assistance to carry out pledge donation data automation programme, including: requirement confirmation, document organizing, resource organizing, outcome testing and online operation monitoring.

4. Other activities as required such as responding to urgent case from donors and coaching related colleagues for the better execution of day to day one-off donation operational business.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • A bachelor’s degree from a college or university, or other comparable education.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in customers services or data processing work.
  • Native Mandarin Chinese skills, reading and writing. Good command of spoken English and working knowledge of written English.
  • Experience of data processing works.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office applications and Email sending platforms.
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mind.
  • Good initiative, ability to conceptualize and come up with improvement suggestions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, better to have project management experience.
  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Exceptional customer-based attitude.
  • Exceptional communication ability.
