UNICEF Thailand Country Office works to ensure the rights of all children in Thailand. This means the rights of every child living in this country, irrespective of their nationality, gender, religion or ethnicity, to:

How can you make a difference? The Private Sector Fundraising Section is seeking an individual consultant to provide technical assistance in relation to implementing Digital Fundraising projects together with programme area and specific project involved in recruiting pledge and one-off donors and providing support to Digital Fundraising, Private Sector Fundraising.

Work Assignment:

During the contractual period, the individual contractor will be expected to work on the following assignments. However, there may be some circumstances that the consultant may be required to work on some ad hoc assignments related to the digital fundraising area. Online fundraising campaign to recruit pledge and one-off donors through new digital direct-to-pledge new initiative Form No: HR-29/23/9/02

  1. Develop, manage and coordinate campaign strategies, including creative assets, media strategy and landing page
  2. Analyze ongoing results to identify trends and key insights to help meet targets
  3. Review data, identifying issues and finding logical solutions
  4. Provide weekly and monthly performance report, including insights, commentary and recommendations for growth, as well as citing any issues or challenges
  5. Management of multiple internal and external stakeholders and their expectations These include digital marketing agencies, technical support agencies and other teams within UNICEF.

End Product(s):

- To have met all donor KPIs set out in the budget, including (but not limited to) volume, average gift and retention. - To manage the external agencies effectively, ensuring that the agreed targets are met. - Weekly and monthly report detailing the key points, findings, and recommendation on all the work done, challenges and possible improvement during the contract period.

Estimated Duration of Contract: 1 June 2021 – 15 May 2022 (11.5 months).

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  1. University degree in Marketing or relevant field with additional training in a relevant field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on direct professional work experience on the following areas: digital media or digital paid marketing (any sector)
  3. Experience in any of following marketing areas: social media, web development, relationship marketing/e-CRM, search marketing, integrated media planning, and marketing communications.
  4. Proven proficiency in the use of content management systems and analytics packages.
  5. Experience in working in the area of private sector fundraising for a non-profit organization is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of marketing campaign management processes.
  7. Advance knowledge of Excel
  8. Computer literate, also fluency in written and spoken English and Thai.

  10. Service-minded, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  11. Tact, discretion, self-starter and good judgment.
  12. Ability to work under minimum supervision.

  14. Knowledge of supplier management and effective briefing skills.
  15. Thai Nationality

Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
