You have:

- Experience with photographic, computer and printing equipment in taking photos and creating back-ups for pictures taken is desirable.
- Good knowledge in German and English is required.
- Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.

Result of Service
Earn revenue for the UN. Sale of philatelic items in a committed and diligent approach, taking pro-active actions in the daily running of the counter and regular banking of sales proceeds. Proper maintenance of the sales counter and displays, timely setting up of photographic computer and printing equipment for the production of personalized stamp sheets for VIC visitors and clients including the taking of photos, processing and printing of images on personalized stamp sheets. A high rate of client satisfaction with high-quality philatelic products.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of Mr. Ronald Zoleta, and the overall guidance of the Officer-in-Charge, UNPA Europe, the contractor will sell UN stamps and philatelic products. Also, the contractor will answer customers’ queries, handle cash and credit card sales, timely bank sales revenue within 24 hours of sales. Record, generate and produce daily and monthly sales reports, and as when required, process and frank mails deposited for postage. The contractor will set up the photographic computer and printing equipment needed to reproduce personalized stamp sheets for VIC visitors and clients; and take photos of visitors and clients as necessary. Upload, process and print images on personalized stamp sheets and carry out monthly stock taking. Assist in peak work load assignments required to meet critical deadlines.
