Contract

This is a Consultancy contract. More about Consultancy contracts.

UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.

And we never give up.

For every child, hope

In 2022 UNICEF has ambitious targets for Individual fundraising, with a strong focus on digital channels and aiming at reaching global audiences in Asian and Eastern and Central European markets.

To raise more funds for children and support local offices programmes, digital fundraising will be activated in various new markets. Audience-centric and data-driven content will play an important role to reach new audiences and raise funds to support children’s needs in these regions/countries.

To achieve this, the Individual Giving (IG) unit at PFP, Geneva has created a Virtual Hub to support digital fundraising activities. We are looking for a content specialist to join the Virtual Hub.

How can you make a difference?

In close collaboration and consultation with other members of the Virtual Hub, key internal stakeholders, as well as external partners like creative and digital agencies, the role will include planning, developing, delivering, and optimizing creative assets for all acquisition and retention fundraising campaigns as well as donor journeys in multiple countries such as MENA, Singapore, Bangladesh, Russia, Ukraine and more.

Since most of these countries would not have prior fundraising experience, the incumbent would have to work closely with the local teams to identify and generate suitable content as well as build local capabilities in understanding and delivering to individual giving goals/expectations
