El propósito del cargo de Oficial ICT es apoyar la ejecución diaria de las funciones de diseño, desarrollo, implementación, actualización si se amerita y soporte de soluciones de herramientas digitales en la oficina del NRC en Bogotá en el área de ICT para la operación de la organización en Colombia, Ecuador y Panamá.
