Overview
Facilitate installation and support of IT infrastructure and training
You have:
- Graduation or College degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as an IT professional or IT support staff
- Excellent technical knowledge of PC hardware, including Microsoft platform (Excel, Outlook)
- MCITP course or equivalent experience in Windows server environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Customer/Client service experience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
