Long Description ---------------- **MAIN TASK AND SERVICES.** - In close collaboration with the Bureau of Digital Business Solutions, s/he will ensure ICT related needs such as, support management and operations of all ICT infrastructure, equipment, and services, are met in the Office. - Guarantee that ICT-delivered services and end-user needs are understood and met. - Foresee ICT configuration changes and make sure that activities are carried out according to established ICT standards and policies. - Provide user support and technical/functional specialist support to the office. - Assist users in solving technical problems and investigate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking for known solutions related to these more complex issues.
