Provide ICLA services to empower and support beneficiaries.
Position: ICLA Technical Assistant
Reports to: ICLA Team Leader
Supervision of: ICLA incentive volunteers when required.
Duty station: Derna, Libya
Travel: 40% Domestically outside of duty station based on programme needs and occasionally to Tunis.

Duration and type of contract: 31 December 2023, renewable based on performance, funding, and the need for the position

Background
The Norwegian Refugee Council is an international, independent, humanitarian, nongovernmental organization that provides assistance to displacement affected people in many countries worldwide including Libya. As a part of its assistance, NRC provides information, counselling and legal assistance (ICLA) services to empower beneficiaries and support them to claim and exercise their rights.
