You have:
- 02 years of experience working with ICLA or a similar project implementation position in an NGO/development context.
- A university degree in law (LL.B.) and a master's degree from a recognized institution.
- Enrolment as an Advocate with comprehensive knowledge of housing, land laws is a significant asset.
- Proven experience working with displaced populations or vulnerable groups and communities.
- A solid understanding of the legal framework pertaining to refugees, as well as vulnerable and marginalized individuals.
- Prior involvement in responding to the Rohingya crisis will be considered a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bangla.
- Oral proficiency in Chittagonian and/or Rohingya is preferred.
Contract

Our Ideal Candidate
The purpose of the ICLA Team Leader is to implement the delegated ICLA Activity at field level, direct implementation and manage ICLA staff and ensure capacity building to the ICLA team for the smooth operation of day-to-day field activity.
Key Task and Responsibilities:
- Assist the PC in gaining access to different camps.
- Provide services in different camps, documenting gaps, and challenges.
- Participate in various meetings organized by the CIC (Camp-in-Charge) office or at the UP level.
- Prepare field reports and assist other team members as needed.
- Conduct frequent visits to targeted locations alongside the ICLA team.
- Represent the ICLA project in various coordination forums and working groups at the camp and Upazilas levels.
- Organize training sessions, oversee procurement, and facilitate necessary activities.
- Assist the Project Coordinator in making procurement requests and carrying out other relevant tasks.
- Conduct ICLA-specific technical research, assessment, documenting findings, and recommendations.
- Contribute to organizational learning through the provision of specific technical analyses, lessons learned, and reports.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

- Demonstrable experience with the initiation and setup of programs.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bangla.
- Oral proficiency in Chittagonian and/or Rohingya is preferred.
