You have:
- Experience in a leadership role within humanitarian or legal assistance sectors.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of professionals.
- Proficiency in understanding legal frameworks and human rights issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Contract

Position: ICLA Team Leader
Reports to: ICLA Project Manager
Supervision of: ICLA Officers, ICLA Technical Assistants
Duty station: Benghazi, Libya (responding to Benghazi and Ajdabiya)
Travel: 40% Domestically outside of duty station based on programme needs and/or occasionally to Tunis
Duration and type of contract: 31 December 2023, renewable based on performance, funding, and the need for the position

Background
As a part of its assistance in Libya, NRC provides information, counselling and legal assistance (ICLA) services to empower beneficiaries and support them to claim and exercise their rights. NRC beneficiaries include refugees, internally displaced people and members of host community.
