- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal contexts.

Purpose of the Job:
The Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) Project Coordinator (PC) work with ICLA Officer to ensures the quality of all ICLA activities in the field through direct supervision of teams lead by Officers. The ICLA PC is dedicated to oversight, technical support, case distribution and monitoring, capacity building, and coordination with legal stakeholders (Directorate of Justice, Bar Association). The PC is responsible for ensuring that all ICLA activities and staff comply with the NRC Code of Conduct, national law, donor requirements, and ICLA’s overall objective to ensure that people affected by displacement can access their right to a durable solution. The ICLA PC will also work closely with the Hand, House and Property (HLP)regional – Task Force (TF) and assist with HLP advocacy, evidence collecting, and coordination.
