You have:
- Master's degree in social sciences, criminology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project management, particularly within community rehabilitation or similar programs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the specific needs and rehabilitation strategies for violent extremist prisoners.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with UN or similar organizations is desirable.
