You have:
- At least 5 years of experience in conducting evaluations of international development projects.
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in social sciences, environmental science, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of the Rio Conventions and sustainable development practices.
