You have:
- Master's Degree in political science, law or international affairs, or similar field.
- Experience working in humanitarian access, analysis and/or operational support.
- Familiarity with NRC’s hard to reach frameworks and global strategic objective.
- Experience in working on development of capacity building material or tools relevant to the thematic areas.
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities.
- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience in finding creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Capacity to work across different teams.
- Fluency in English and French both written and verbal and Spanish or Arabic.
Contract

Context
Access to people in need remains one of the greatest challenges in order to reach the most vulnerable people. Deteriorating security and limited physical access have left many of those most in need with limited or no assistance. Given the global conditions of highly dynamic security, political and conflict situations, humanitarian agencies are preparing for increasing complexity in reaching the most vulnerable populations in hard-to-reach areas.
For NRC, maintaining sustained and quality programming in H2R areas necessitates carefully designed responses and mitigation measures. Adaptation and investment are led by a global team through a series of project-funded initiatives focusing on internal adaptations and external system change.
We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on, results-oriented colleague to play a key role in implementing projects across NRC CO to support NRC global and regional access team

What you will do
- Lead on the development of the monthly access brief, country access profiles and other products as requested by the Global Lead;
- Support in the data collection and analysis of the research projects including assertive governments stream of work;
- Support the development and field roll out of H2R/Access capacity building material;
- Coordinate inputs across regions and global team into NRC’s first global digital platform;
- Information management and internal communication: file organisation on SharePoint, documenting team meetings, and maintain updated public SharePoint site and workplace page;
- Procurement: managing all paperwork in relation to contracting logistics for: consultants, (recruitment, payment, evaluation, etc.) and procurement in accordance with NRC policy;
- Maintain the master work plan tracker updated with inputs across the regional and global team as well as budget overviews;
- Support in the reporting against existing projects managed by the global team;
