Assist in monitoring and reporting on human rights defenders in Colombia.

You have:

Demonstrated interest and/or experience in human rights monitoring and reporting is required.
Good knowledge of institutional mandates, policies and guidelines related to human rights.
Good knowledge and exposure to a range of human rights issues.
Capacity of research, analysis, discussion and drafting.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel.
Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications.
Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines.
Previous experience as a volunteer and/or experience of another culture is highly regarded.
