Overview

Support human rights monitoring and reporting activities in Colombia.

You have:

Demonstrated interest and/or experience in human rights and international human rights law, ideally in the area of technical assistance to national institutions.
Good knowledge of and/or exposure to a range of human rights issues to include approaches and techniques to address sensitive problems.
Previous experience as a volunteer and/or experience of another culture (i.e. studies, volunteer work, internship) would be highly regarded.
Skills in research, analysis, discussion and drafting are required.
Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel.
Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and email/internet.
Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines.
