You have:
- Relevant educational qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and project management, preferably within an international environment
- Experience with Project Management tools and best practices, as well as HR processes
- Previous experience using HR management systems, especially Workday
- Experience leveraging people analytics to create valuable insights for management, enabling data-based decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and competency working with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Pragmatic, results-driven, and excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex issues and find effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
HR Project Specialist
We are resetting the People Agenda at the World Economic Forum, and as part of our overall transformation roadmap, we are looking to hire a Project Specialist who will support our Strategy and Transformation Manager, People & Culture, with the following:
- Developing and managing People & Culture project plans and monitoring progress, while documenting project deliverables.
- Identifying, scoping, and designing People & Culture projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment on the objectives, expected benefits and timelines.
- Following up on projects, clarifying milestones and timelines, and ensuring that contributors are aligned on their roles and responsibilities.
- Managing risks and issues within projects, facilitating solutions with internal stakeholders and ensuring escalation where needed.
- Communicating project status, changes and outcomes within the P&C team and the Forum as a whole, both informally and on formal channels
- Developing and coordinating other People & Culture communications, working with team members to ensure employee communications are delivered in a clear and engaging way
- Helping project owners with production of deliverables e.g. policy documentation, data, reporting, design and facilitation of workshops and meetings
- Finding opportunities to continuously improve existing P&C processes and working with team members to update or re-engineer existing processes and policies as appropriate
- Leveraging insights from internal people data and metrics, as well as knowledge of market trends, tools, and best practices to recommend and initiate new projects that support the development of an inclusive, high performing work culture.
