Role

The role of the HR Management Support (HRMS) Adoption Adviser is to design, set up and maintain NRC People’s (NRC’s HR management system) capacity building and communication strategy and its successful delivery. This includes gathering data from stakeholder analysis and consequent business impact assessments to identify and conduct the training and communication needs of impacted user groups. In addition, the HRMS Adoption adviser will support the NRC People project with the implementation of new modules and ensure a secure transition into operations and maintenance.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for the design, setup and maintenance of NRC’s HR management system (NRC People) capacity building and communication strategy / plan; and their successful delivery. The plans include key messages, methods of delivery, timeline, etc.
  • Responsible for NRC People Knowledge Base and internal site in collaboration with HCM module process owners and Global HR Help Desk coordinators.
  • Responsible for maintaining and further development of Guided Learning in NRC People
  • Support in the delivery of new NRC People modules and features and ensure a smooth transition towards business as usual. In collaboration with Process owner, identify risks regarding changes and develop a strategy in cooperation with Project Manager to overcome or address.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience from working with Change Management, competency/capacity building, Learning and Development, process design, digital learning, service adoption, or communication
  • Experience in digital systems and approaches, preferably with SaaS/cloudbased solutions (Oracle HCM experience an asset).
  • Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
  • Experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in French, Spanish and or Arabic is an asset
