Contract

Context
NRC implemented the Oracle Cloud base Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in 2020 called NRC People as the global system solution for Personal Data and support of global people management processes. Towards this end the Global HRMS unit and the Process Owners work closely to ensure the system correctly reflects the NRC People Management process.
The Global HRMS unit has the responsibility for: the Global Help Desk which supports 40+ countries worldwide; adoption of HRMS usage for almost 11,000 staff; act as HR support for sanctioned countries; maintain the configuration and maintenance capacity to maintain and further develop the system, and follow up on quarterly Oracle system releases/updates; take an active part in the ongoing NRC People projects to deliver new modules and functionalities; develop global tools for HR and senior management and support Process Owners in updating Global Learning / Knowledge Based.

About the role
The purpose of the HRMS Help Desk Coordinator (HD Coordinator) is to, in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and existing processes and solutions, respond to and resolve service tickets that come to the Global HR Help Desk. The HD coordinator will support the HRMS Configuration and Maintenance team to secure system roles that are compliant with GDPR and the segregation of duties in the organisation, and act as interface between the Process Owners and regional and country HR Focal Points. In addition, the HD Coordinator will support with the implementation of new modules, to ensure a secure transition into operations and maintenance. HD Coordinators also act as HR support for sanctioned / embargoed countries.
