You have:

  • Minimum 03 years of project design, coordination/management and implementation experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • First degree in health science/public health or equivalent experience is required.
  • Work experience, particularly in community health practice, is highly desirable.

I- OPPORTUNITY

The HIV & TB Coordinator (HTC) will be responsible for the HTC works in collaboration with district civil society organizations (DCSOs), Mother Mentors (M2Mw) TB Mentors, TB Sample transporters, CHWS (As need be) and other relevant stakeholders, in the implementation of the HIV and TB specific aspects of the community directed interventions (CDIs) and humanitarian activities of the Global Fund GC7 Humanitarian Subgrant in the assigned region. These will contribute to attaining Plan’s humanitarian and development mission in the Northwest and Southwest regions in the context of the ongoing crisis. He or She assist the RFS in planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating GC7 HIV and TB Specific project activities for the NW and SW regions for Plan International Cameroon as sub-recipients (SR), and assist the Deputy Chief of Party in the assigned regions to ensure the achievement of project objectives and indicators that are aligned with Global Fund malaria proposal goals for Cameroon.

II-ABOUT YOU

The HIV & TB Coordinator (HTC) should have qualifications and/or First degree in health science/public health in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree and minimum of 03 years of project design, coordination/management and implementation, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, team and office management or related field, of which 2 should be with some experience in a senior management position. Work experience, particularly in community health practice, is highly desirable.
