Help and train to update and upload documents on SharePoint

UNDP Liberia is looking for a creative and committed volunteer to support UNDP ’s ICT team by uploading and updating document to their SharePoint a with the aim of supporting and training staff to SharePoint. The online volunteer will use reports and other resources to create interesting and engaging contents for UNDP SharePoint.
• Maintain and manage the documents in the various document libraries
• Upload, Update, Delete, and Design Pages in SharePoint
• Maintain (update content) in the modern SPO site pages for teams/units
• Create new pages and links for the country office SPO
• Link staff calendars to SharePoint, Outlook, and MS Teams
• To help and train key staff to upload and update their team/unit SharePoint space
• To work with the communication unit to update news and feeds from RBA and other UNDP sites
• 3-4 years social media and graphic Designer experience • Previous experience with online ICT Background • Innovative • Degree in Software, communications, or related fields.
