You have:

The Health Development Officer (Malaria Technical Advisor) is an integral member of GH/ID/MAL. They are responsible for providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership for PMI activities. They serve as Agreement Officer's Representative/Contract Officer's Representative (AOR/COR) and Technical Advisor for awards, including field support mechanisms. The Advisor will manage and work with USAID partners to support ministries of health and national malaria programs to improve and expand availability of prevention and treatment interventions and strengthen health systems. As a key member of MAL's Case Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Operations Research Branch and related technical teams, they work with interagency counterparts to manage and execute technical and programmatic priorities. They are responsible for representing PMI in USAID and interagency working groups as well as in external partnerships.
