Major Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Identify program services gaps, identify and develop solutions. - Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of health and wellness services is maintained. - Manage a team in accordance with IRC’s People Manager Standards including the LTBI Specialist, AmeriCorps members and Health Access Program Coordinator and ICM Health Access Specialist. - Satisfy recordkeeping and reporting requirements in compliance with UDOH HSCC Contract including monthly billings report. - Maintain and build community partnerships with SLCoHD, U of U, DHHS and other local healthcare systems. - Support the health access care coordination of newly arrived refugees by maintaining a case load and/or supporting ICM cases health care needs. - Lead quarterly meetings with DHHS. - Use personal insured vehicle/public transportation (where available) to travel and transport clients as needed to medical appointments. - Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field of study preferred.

Work Experience:

Relevant professional experience in human services field required; Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in health education/administration; preferably with diverse/refugee population

Working Environment:

- A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and ‘field’ time within the service delivery area to perform the above outlined responsibilities. - May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
