Lead education and child protection initiatives in Poland for IRC.
You have:
- Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Child Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in the humanitarian or development sector, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within international NGOs focused on education and/or child protection.
- Polish (C2, native level), English (C1), knowledge of Ukrainian, Belorussian, Russian is an advantage.
- Skills in strategic program development, proposal writing, staff capacity-building, coordination, and representation.
