You have:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience with International NGOs.
  • Proven work experience as a Guest Relations management or Hotel Management.
  • Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English.
  • Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work professionally and constructively with all others regardless of their background.

Job Description

- Provide upscale guest service experiences for the employees and guest throughout their stay - Ensure staff and guests are properly greeted upon their arrival - Track and update all guesthouses lease agreements - Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared - Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations. - Promptly address guests’ requests, like in-room dining - Actively listen to and resolve complaints - Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, and expats, receive personalized services - Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure that resolve guess/ employees concerns are resolved on timely manner. - Promote all guest houses services, conveniences and programs offered - Appraise team’s performance and produce regular reports - Liaise with Housekeepers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience - Examine daily duties, assign tasks, and check on progress - Analyze guests’ feedback over the stay and service in guestbook - Establish friendly relationships with regular colleagues.

Qualifications

- University degree in Business Administration or other related fields - 1 to 2 years relevant working experiences with International NGOs - Proven work experience as a Guest Relations management, Hotel Management Assigned staff or similar role with - Communication and reporting skills - Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English - Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and outlook) is a most - Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background
