In the effort to provide more career development opportunities and information to the staff members, the People & Culture team will begin to create a monthly newsletter to curate a selection of vacancies and related career opportunities, together with a monthly career development related theme and set of tips. Additionally, if needed, this may later be adapted become a key resource and avenue of support for staff who may be transitioning due to position abolition. In that scenario, the lists of vacancies may be circulated more frequently, from time-to-time, as needed.

To that end, UNICEF Indonesia is seeking to collaborate with qualified Online Volunteers with skills and experience in graphic design to support us in creatively developing and designing the newsletter.

The UNICEF Indonesia Country Office is seeking an Online Volunteer who, under the guidance of the People and Culture Manager and in close collaboration with the People & Culture team, will support us by producing a series of graphic designs for the UNICEF Indonesia Career Newsletter.

Specifically, the Online Volunteer will be asked to: - Collect information on curated job vacancies and job resources. - Create draft design styles based on requirements and the target audience, and discuss them with the Supervisor. - Develop the design according to the agreed requirements. - The look and feel of the publication should be modern, edgy, and vibrant, while ensuring it remains legible and clear.

Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills.

A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.
