The United Nations Development Programme in The Gambia supports national efforts to advance inclusive, accountable, and sustainable development under the Country Programme Document (CPD) 2024–2028.
As programme delivery and visibility increase, there is a growing need for high-quality and consistent visual communication to effectively showcase results and strengthen stakeholder engagement. UNDP produces a wide range of reports, digital content, and advocacy materials that require professional design to ensure clarity, accessibility, and alignment with corporate branding standards.
A dedicated graphic designer will enhance the quality, timeliness, and coherence of communications outputs, supporting the effective presentation of UNDP’s work and impact across all programme areas.
- Design and Branding • Develop visually engaging materials for digital and print, including reports, briefs, infographics, social media content, and visibility assets • Ensure consistent application of UNDP corporate branding guidelines across all outputs • Create templates and visual identities for campaigns, publications, and events
- Content Production • Design communication assets such as banners, fliers, quote cards, posters, presentation materials, and knowledge products • Produce multimedia-ready visuals to enhance storytelling and stakeholder engagement • Support real-time content needs for key events and initiatives
- Quality Assurance and Support • Provide design support to programme and operations teams to enhance the presentation of results and data • Ensure all outputs meet high standards of quality, accessibility, and usability • Deliver editable source Expected Outcomes • A comprehensive suite of high-quality visual communication products across programme areas • Strengthened consistency and visibility of UNDP branding • Timely delivery of professional, user-friendly, and impactful design outputs that effectively communicate UNDP’s work and results
