UN Mongolia has just completed its annual report on the UN Development Assistance Framework Results Report in 2021. The UNRCO strives to present the results in the best illustrated and visualized ways to make it easier for the viewers and readers grasp the key findings of the results. UNRCO Comms officer will support with ideas and expected results, and with necessary images and visual assets. It will be a collaborative effort to express the wordy texts in more visual and appealing illustrations.

We are looking for 1 Online Volunteer who under the guidance of Communications and Advocacy Officer at the UNRCO in Ulaanbaatar and in close collaboration with the communications and MEL team support us by producing up to 20 of graphic designs for the UN Development Assistance Framework Results Report in 2021. In particular, the Online Volunteer is asked to: - Based on the Results Report, create infographics to better visualise the results that have been achieved and setbacks that have been recorded. - Create draft infographics in best illustrative and easy-to-understand by ordinary people based on requirements and discuss with comms focal point from UNRCO in Ulaanbaatar; - Develop the design according to agreed requirements. The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance.

Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, creating infographics, creative arts and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.
