This volunteer opportunity is part of our efforts to expand and enhance the ReliefWeb AI Chat. The visualizations will support our internal discussions and presentations, helping to shape the future of AI-driven tools and services at ReliefWeb. There is no immediate deadline, but we aim to have these visuals ready for upcoming strategic meetings. We are looking for an Online Volunteer/s who under the guidance of the Head of Design and Multimedia Unit and in close collaboration with the communications team support us by producing 2 of graphic designs for ReliefWeb. In particular, theOnline Volunteer is asked to: - Collect information on document/material background such as target audience, design style, branding guidelines etc.; - Create draft design based on requirements and discuss with focal point/ communications team; - Develop the design according to agreed requirements.

The volunteer will develop diagrams and visual aids to help explain and promote our innovative concepts.

ReliefWeb AI-as-a-Service Concept Visualization: Create a diagram based on a provided white-board drawing (to be shared) that illustrates the concept of encoding ReliefWeb content and exposing it via API to trusted partners. Two versions are needed: one with basic elements and another including additional details to facilitate project discussions.

The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance.

The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the Design and Multiemdai Unit at OCHA and learn about the ways in which graphic design can support humanitarian aid.

Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
