Lead proposal-development teams to draft high-quality proposals for institutional and private donors.

You have:

  • Degree in Project Management, International Cooperation, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of systems, procedures, and general regulations of various international cooperation agencies.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in the design, formulation, and management of development projects, using relevant methodologies and tools for national and international institutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strategic relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Grants Design and Resource Mobilization Specialist

Location: Tegucigalpa, Honduras

Job Porpuse:

To lead proposal-development teams that may include internal as well as external members, and draft all or sections of high-quality proposals for institutional and private donors for amounts less than $5million. Support NO positioning and identification of new opportunities.

Education Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management, International Cooperation, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

  • Strong knowledge of systems, procedures, and general regulations of various international cooperation agencies.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in the design, formulation, and management of development projects, using relevant methodologies and tools for national and international institutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strategic relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
